INISHIE TENKI is a premium blend of vintage Kijoshu sake—a special brewing method where "sake brews sake"—combining different vintages into one extraordinary expression. Vintage 1997 and Vintage 2006 bring a rich, profound depth, while Vintage 2003 adds a lively acidity and lightness, beautifully harmonizing the flavor contours and aftertaste. 

Tasting Notes 

Upon opening, a rich aroma rises with layered notes of caramel, toffee, and cocoa, interwoven with nuances of brown sugar, coffee, and maple syrup—a luxurious aromatic world. The mouthfeel is silky smooth with a pleasantly tight finish.
