Tasting Notes 

Gorgeous aromas reminiscent of grapefruit, pear, white peach, and elderflower. On the palate, refreshing acidity rises, followed by fresh fruit flavors spreading across. In the finish, subtle tannins tighten the whole, with a pleasant dry aftertaste lingering. A "Tokyo-style" smart balance woven from clean fruit flavors and delicate bitterness.
