On Saturday, February 28, 2026, the "2026 Miss SAKE Saitama Competition" was held in splendid fashion at Omiya's Musashi Ichinomiya Hikawa Shrine. Amidst a solemn atmosphere, a new ambassador was born to represent Saitama Prefecture and convey the appeal of Japanese sake to the world.

 

■ The Finalists' Courageous Performance After Winning a Fierce Competition

Six finalists, selected from a total of 30 applicants, showcased the intelligence and beauty they had honed for this day. During their self-introductions, each powerfully expressed their passionate feelings for "Saitama's local sake" and their unique visions for regional revitalization, dressed in dignified furisode kimonos.

The competition was so high-level that judges remarked, "The standard rises every year, making selection extremely difficult."

 

■ 2026 Miss SAKE Saitama Representative Finally Decided!
